Refunds & Returns

Returns Policy

Our returns policy is for up to 14 days from the date payment for the order was made. The item must still be in good condition and in its original packaging to be applicable for refund/return. To accept a return we also require proof of purchase in the form of a receipt or order number.

Once this 14 day term has passed we can't offer an exchange or refund on your order. 

If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us with your name, address and photo detailing the damaged or defective product.

Returning your item

A postal service with a tracking option should be considered as we can't guarantee that we will receive the item.

When a return is agreed to please return it to us, however you will be responsible for any delivery costs and this will not be refunded to you, neither will any delivery costs on the original order.

Some manufacturers will require you to return the item directly to them, in this case you will need to follow their terms and conditions.

Receiving your item

We will notify you we we receive your item and inspect it. We will then inform you of our decision to exchange, accept or reject a refund.

Refunds

If a return is accepted, your refund will then be credited back to the payment method used on the original order, this takes 7-10 business days.

In the case of an exchange please allow 2-4 working days to receive the item.

If your exchange or refund has not been received after the appropriate time please contact us.

Some items made available for Pre-order may have a limited allocation, in this instance, the orders received earliest will be given priority. If there are any shortages due to demand, those customers will be contacted advising delays, customers can also ask for a refund if they have already paid in advance.

Make Changes to your order

If you'd like to make changes to your order either cancellations or additions please be quick as we do try to process all orders as soon as we can for your customer satisfaction. Any delays to your order once it has been dispatched are not our responsibility.
